No doubt the 2008 season will see the welcome release of a bountiful supply of memorabilia and merchandise to coincide with Australian rugby league's centenary.

Few items though will be as classy as the Wests 2008 Commemorative Calendar.

Recording the proud history from 1908 to the present, income from the sale of the Magpies calendar will go towards providing much needed finances for the club and its ongoing development of its junior development teams.

A nice full colour, glossy print presentation, this is a very professionally produced item.

Full of colour and black & white photographs from Wests' history (action photos, players, caps, teams, jerseys), plus colour prints of the Magpies three Kangaroo tour captains (Col Maxwell, Frank McMillan and Arthur Summons), and graphics of the various team jersey designs and logo badges.

Would look great on the home or office wall of any Wests fan, but equally, of genuine nostalgic interest to all supporters of the greatest game of all.
